Founded in 2003, Clinique Chahrazed was born from an ambitious project aimed at providing Algeria with a modern medico-surgical facility, structured from the outset around comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

From its opening, the clinic was designed as an integrated structure bringing together a 24/7 emergency department with a medicalized ambulance, multiple operating theatres, an intensive care unit, a medical analysis laboratory, and a high-performance radiology department. Specialized units in cardiology, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, cardiovascular surgery, gynecology-obstetrics, and pediatrics with neonatology were established in the early years, ensuring comprehensive and multidisciplinary care.

Cardiology quickly emerged as one of the clinic's key pillars. The development of interventional cardiology and the commissioning of a modern catheterization laboratory positioned the facility among the pioneers in this field in Algeria. Cardiac and cardiovascular surgery benefited from collaboration with international professors and specialists in cardiac surgery, contributing to the performance of complex interventions and the reinforcement of high-level expertise.

In parallel, other specialties experienced sustained development. The general surgery department manages various digestive and abdominal pathologies, while orthopedic surgery addresses traumas and joint pathologies. Neurosurgery handles conditions of the central and peripheral nervous system. The intensive care unit provides continuous monitoring for patients requiring special attention. The radiology department, equipped with advanced imaging technology, plays a key role in precise diagnosis. The medical analysis laboratory also contributes to the speed and reliability of diagnosis through comprehensive biological examinations.

For over twenty years, Clinique Chahrazed has pursued this founding vision through a policy of continuous improvement, marked by regular equipment renewal, the recent acquisition of a new state-of-the-art MRI machine, and the renovation of several spaces. This constant commitment reflects its dedication to combining expertise, modernity, and rigorous adherence to international medical standards in the service of patients.
